Abikanlu James Olusola
He is a Chartered Banker and Associate member of the Chartered Institution of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN). He was elected to the •body of Associates of the Institute in 2002. He had banking experience by his employment with commercial banks in Nigeria and worked for twenty seven years (27) before his retirement in 2012. After his retirement, he joined a firm of finance and accounting practice of John Oiatekan & Co. a firm of Chartered Accountants. White in the bank, he was head of branch banking for five years and had twenty two years:in Risk Management & Recovery Department and rose to become the head of Recovery for South West region of the Skye Bank Plc. now Polaris Bank. While in the recovery department of the bank he carried out auctioneering duties in selling mortgaged properties, liquidating companies and assets forfeited in lieu of inability of bank borrowers to liquidate their borrowings. As the head of recovery, he was supewising Auctioneers appointed by the bank. He obtained the practice License of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria and became a member of the Consortium that was appointed as Asset Management Partner to Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria (AMCON) He was the Project Coordinator of the consortium. He joined the Areogun Resources Nigeria Limited in 2020 and was appointed the Director of Operations and Admin with particular duty to carry out auctioneering services and receivership of the company and day to day activities of the company. He has cognitive aptitude and experiences in Recovery of real and financial assets with specialties in auctioneering and receivership. Adedeji Funmilola Adenike: She is the head of Accounts in Areogun Resources Nigeria Limited. She is a young and dynamic Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria and a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. She was elected Associate of both Institutes in 2004 and 2000 respectfully. She is a professional with good stints in both fields and versed in all areas of finance and accounting. She started her carrier with the firm of Olayemi Teriba & Co. in October 1999 as Qualified Audit Trainee and joined the services of the then Cooperative Bank as a manager in the inspection department and later worked as a risk management and credit analyst in the Risk Management department of the bank. She became the head of Risk Management of Skye Bank Plc in South West Region before her retirement in 2015 to join this Company. She heads the Tax Administration and Accounting Framework department.
